What is your shipping policy?
Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Friday.
Shipping prices are based on weight and distance from our stockroom in Los Angeles.
There will be an additional surcharge for international orders.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
What is your return policy?
Returns, refunds and/or cancellations are not currently allowed for online purchases.
If you received your item(s) damaged or have an issue with sizing, please contact our support team through firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the order's delivery date.
All exchanges must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
You will be required to return the merchandise in its original condition. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of WeAreTheCartel.
Using a tracking number is highly recommended to ensure your exchange does not get lost or misplaced. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please include your order number, name, and email so we can contact you. After receiving the merchandise, we require up to 5 business days to process the exchange.
